Baby Nelson!

Wow was this a blast! I was able to photograph Andrew's mission companions little girl. She was extremely easy to work with especially with all the things we put her through. In the beginning she was a stretching sleepy girl so was not able to get much out of it but cant complain she is easy on the eyes!
We were able to get her to sit still enough to take a couple pictures with the rings on her toes!

When we got her in her Halloween costume is when I jumped for joy because the pictures started to show personality and dang were they cute!

This was even more fun because Olivia got a great idea to cut out the pumpkin so we could put her in it! I absolutely fell in love with the pictures. She definitely was not happy but dang were they cute!
Thank you Kevin and Olivia!

Update from the END of the Summer

Andrew and I have had a long run this summer apart and have wished every second of it was together. We got a place together at the beginning of the summer and Andrew left to Reno, Nevada to work for Vivint a security system company, selling door to door. He has done decent this summer not the greatest but better than any other job he would have worked for. While he was in Nevada I searched for jobs in Pocatello, Idaho got a dog and tried keeping myself busy.

At the beginning of July, I actually began two jobs working for Walgreens as a sale clerk and TJMaxx as a sales associate. It has been great keeping myself busy that is for sure.

New Hobby!

So I  have been super busy lately but I decided it was time to add something else to my adventures. I am picking up photography and loving it. I have had such a great time doing it!

Running Away to Reno!

Michelle Cole and I got convinced by our men to drive from Utah and Idaho to the Northwest corner of Nevada. We left around 11am on Friday July 8th from Pocatello to Reno and got to learn a lot about each other and build a friendship. It was nice to finely meet someone that had their significant other in Reno. On the drive to Reno, we were stopped for nearly an hour and a half for three different reasons (2 construction stops and a freak helicopter landing on the highway). We finally got to Reno and still had to wait nearly five hours to see our guys. We made them dinner of artichoke, chicken, Alfredo pasta with some corn. I think the boys like because we had no leftovers. We just went to bed after that because the boys were exhausted.

Saturday, everyone woke up at 8:30am to get the boys out the door for work and then Michelle and I went back to bed til 11:30am. After that her and I got ready for the day and went out to go shopping ish. I got to spend some money from the wedding presents at Target to get things from around the house such as a skillet, glasses, bowls and containers. Then we were off to Ulta for eyebrow pencils and DSW for none other than shoes :). Finally we ended our time by going to get pedicures at a place called HongKong Nail. Well lets just say when its called that it means run from the creepy man. And lets just say the pedicure was not the greatest either.

After that we finally got back to the apartment at about 7pm and waited around to see the boys. Finally got bored of just sitting around and watched Grown Ups. Around 9pm the boys come home and we convince them to get dressed and go out with us. We went to Mexican Restaurant and to the Atlantis Casino for the night. And guess what the Casino was good for everyone, Andrew and I did well and also watched a couple of people make thousands of dollars on the craps table.

All the food we had at the Mexican place for 4 people!

Sunday was a fun adventure but a sad one at that. The boys found out that they had to leave today and were not able to stay the  night. So in order to enjoy our last day with the boys we went to the water park. The boys left for Eureka later that evening about 9pm and got in to California that morning at 5am. Michelle and I left for home Monday at 10am.

It was a good weekend but one I bet all of us wished was longer!

Wyoming Adventure!!!

On Thursday, June30th I finally finished my Online Business Statistics class with my third exam. When I got done and finally got home, I raced around the house packing for my next adventure to Wyoming to see the Ibarra's and Ford's. It was a race because I still had my suitcase to unpack from the adventure to Lake Tahoe from the previous week. Once laundry was done and I was finally in bed it was roughly 2 in the morning.

On Friday, July 1st I woke up at 7am to finish packing and leave the house to go see my mother in-law regarding residency and paperwork. I finally left from Rigby to head to Billings Montana at 10:30am. I went to Billings, MT to visit the Temple and feel the spirit. When I left Billings, I headed south toward Powell, WY. I got into Powell at 5:30pm and finally got to see the family. We left that night for Cody, Wy for the Cody Stampede where I got to see a fun Rodeo with Aunt Sonja, Uncle Benco, Lindsey and Jacey.

Fun times with the cousins!

It was a fun time with the cousins in Cody at the Rodeo. We were very sad though when the horses were being aggressive and trying to get out of the pins and the massive bulls that came in too. I felt really bad for the crazy cowboys.

On Saturday, June 2nd we had an adventure once again and went to Cody to go bowling. The three of us went to the bowling alley along with Brooks their cousin on the Ibarra side.

After bowling, that evening we went to Momma Ibarra's house and had home made Mexican food, which I dearly craved. After that around 9pm we went back to the motor home and did our own firework show. Thanks Uncle Benco!!!!

The weekend ended great with some fireworks and parades for the fourth of July on Monday!!!! My favorite moment from the weekend adventure was the pet raccoon from the parade.
